Today our next door neighbors at chalmers street were outside with the police. Whitten is out of town so I was a little concerned. Turns out, the construction crew doing the renovations found a cannon ball!! So, they had to test it to make sure it wasn't still active. Crazy, huh!?! Only in charleston...
